If the Supreme Court Overturns the Individual Mandate

Minat Utama Kebijakan Pembiayaan dan Manajemen Asuransi/Jaminan Kesehatan merupakan salah satu Program Pasca Sarjana Fakultas Kedokteran Universitas Gadjah dalam kelompok Ilmu Kesehatan Masyarakat. Untuk memberikan kesempatan kepada masyarakat untuk mendalami kebijakan pembiayaan kesehatan dan manajemen asuransi/jaminan kesehatan, saat ini telah dilakukan pembukaan pendaftaran Mahasiswa Baru. MATERI WORKSHOP JAMKESDA


Workshop diselenggarakan di Gedung KPTU Lt 3 Fakultas Kedokteran UGM Jl. Farmako Sekip Utara Yogyakarta tanggal 14-15 Agustus 2009. Setelah mengikuti workshop ini diharapkan peserta dapat :
1.Memahami Sistem Pembiayaan di Indonesia
2.Memahami Konsep dan Implementasi Sistem Jaminan Kesehatan Daerah
3.Mengetahui Langkah-langkah Pengembangan Sistem Jaminan Kesehatan Daerah
4.Mengetahui Berbagai Variasi Sistem Jaminan Kesehatan Daerah dari berbagai
Pemerintah Daerah di Indonesia
5.Memahami Konsep dan Implementasi Konsep Desentralisasi dalam Sistem Jaminan
Kesehatan Daerah
6.Memahami Coordination of Benefit antar` Sistem Jaminan Kesehatan Daerah dan Sistem
Jaminan Kesehatan Masyarakat (Jamkesmas)

Jumlah peserta 41 orang dari seluruh Indonesia (Daftar Peserta dapat didownload di bawah). Draft dan alamat Transfer of knowledge dan diskusi diantara peserta berlangsung intensif dan berbobot. Dalam acara ini pula dibahas mengenai 3 draft (dapat didownload)rancangan produk hukum tentang penyelenggaraan jaminan sosial dan jaminan kesehatan di Indonesia yaitu: 1) RUU Badan Penyelenggara Jaminan Sosial, 2) Rencana Peraturan Presiden tentang Penyelenggaraan Jaminan Kesehatan, 3) Rencana Permenkes tentang Penyelenggaraan Jaminan Kesehatan.
Hasil diskusi dan masukan peserta atas ketiga draft rancangan produk hukum tersebut akan dikirim ke decision maker yang terkait.
